We are seeking a skilled Glass Installer Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and a strong ability to work with hand tools. This role involves installing glass in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that installations meet safety standards and client specifications. The Glass Installers helper will be responsible for assisting to execute precise installations.
Duties
- Assist in installing glass showers, glass railings, and other structures according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform caulking, sealing, and restoration tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or glass is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately and asset
- Knowledge of caulking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
