We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards to foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones.
- Create engaging activities that promote language development, creativity, social skills, and motor skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities and school events that enhance the educational experience. .
- Use computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
- Uphold all policies related to child safety, confidentiality, and inclusive education practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings; classroom experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
