As the Senior Manager within the CLO office, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and supervising all legal, compliance, and tax operations. This role is designed to drive operational efficiency, maximize value creation and focus on cost reduction.
The role will function as a critical safeguard for the organization, meticulously ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax obligations. In this capacity, your responsibilities will align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
In this multifaceted role, the Senior Manager will orchestrate a multitude of cross-functional initiatives. Your guidance will help foster a collaborative environment, where teams can collectively work towards achieving organizational goals.

Strategy Development – Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal, compliance and tax risks while supporting business objectives, ensure alignment of this strategy with the investment strategy
