We are seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to oversee building and equipment maintenance operations. You will ensure facilities remain in excellent condition while managing maintenance teams, preventive programs, vendors, budgets, and health & safety compliance.
BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
- Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff while monitoring productivity.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, optimizing stock levels.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Track maintenance performance and report key metrics to management.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a maintenance supervisor (2+ years preferred).
- Has strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Understands health and safety regulations and practices.
- Can manage budgets, resources, and team performance effectively.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicates clearly and works well with teams and vendors.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (highly advantageous).
