Full-Time Nail Technician – Russian Manicure & Gel Extensions Specialist
Deco De Mode is growing, and we are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Nail Technician specializing in Russian manicures, structured gel overlays, and gel extensions to join our full-time team.
We are a busy, established beauty clinic known for precision work, elevated standards, and a loyal clientele who value quality over speed.
This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in clean cuticle work, strong structure, and long-lasting results.
Responsibilities
- Perform Russian manicures with e-file precision and advanced cuticle care
- Create structured gel overlays and gel extensions (forms preferred)
- Provide detailed pedicures with proper preparation and finish
- Maintain strong shaping, apex structure, and retention standards
- Follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols
- Deliver exceptional consultations and personalized client service
- Recommend aftercare and retail products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Qualifications
- Certified Nail Technician
- Strong experience with Russian manicure technique
- Skilled in builder gel, hard gel, and extensions
- Experience using an e-file confidently and safely
- High attention to detail and symmetry
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work full-time schedule

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
