SECONDARY TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION
The Richmond School District is seeking a part-time Technology Education teacher.
This position consists of two (2)blocks of Technology Education. The specific courses will be determined in consultation with the department in any one of these areas: Automotive, Drafting, Metal and Woodwork. Classes will be multi-grade and may be combined. The successful candidate for this position must have current academic and professional preparation as well as teaching experience in technology education at the secondary grade levels.
Applicants will have a demonstrated ability to connect with and adapt learning experiences for students from diverse backgrounds and with a wide variety of learning needs and styles. Recent work experience must reflect a commitment to collaboration and teamwork and a willingness to work closely with other colleagues in the Technology Education department in a professional and support environment.
Richmond Secondary School is a comprehensive 8-12 school that operates on a Day 1/Day 2 linear timetable.
