We are seeking experienced servers and bartenders to pick up shifts whenever you are free. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Just pick up shifts when you are free.. no commitments. We have events every week, some people pick up one shift a month.. some pick up 3-5 a week.
- Shifts are all over the city and we help with carpool options if needed.
- Uniform is all black dress clothes.
- Our client base is mostly catering companies, we do not do business with anyone that does not treat us awesome and appreciate our services.
In return we expect a high standard of service from every one of our team members at every event. If you care only about money and not about making someone's wedding an amazing day they will never forget this is not the right team for you. You are not a number to us, we are a small company and keep it this way for a reason.. life is too short to not be happy everyday.. even when we are working.
- We pay a base wage of $20-21/hr before any tips. (tips are not guaranteed.. they are not appropriate at some events.. like a funeral for instance)
- We pay via email (within an hour to 2 days tops depending on how busy we are that week)
1) We will respond to your resume if you have any experience on it with a welcome / info email and then we'll get you in the system online and send you the shift alerts,.
2) Then will have a phone chat once you are free for a shift and get you all finished off in the system and make sure you don't have any remaining questions that were not answered in the hiring pdf and shift contract.
