Greenloops Cannabis is hiring a Cannabis Sales Associate to join our growing team in downtown Kamloops.
We carry a wide selection of cannabis products and cannabis hardware, and we pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service to every customer. We operate in a fast-paced, ever-growing industry and are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cannabis Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative customer experience while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers as they enter the store and directing them to the appropriate products
- Listening to customer needs and recommending suitable cannabis products or cannabis hardware
- Providing knowledgeable product information and excellent customer service
- Using the company POS system to complete customer transactions accurately
- Handling cash and card payments responsibly
- Assisting with stocking storage cabinets and organizing inventory
- Maintaining merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborating with team members to support daily store operations
- Following all company policies, procedures, and cannabis retail regulations

Requirements
- Selling It Right certification is required
- Cannabis experience: 1 year required
- Customer service experience: 1 year preferred
- Retail sales experience: 1 year preferred
