The supervisor will continually strive to exceed the guest and staff expectations and to create the best mountain experience memories. The Supervisor will ensure the safe operation of our skating rink and tube park by maintaining the standards set for both the guest and maintenance.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Ability to multi-task and supervise multiple operations by demonstrating time management skills.
Able to handle all customer service related issues to a satisfactory resolution.
Training and supervision of all direct reports including Cashiers, Starters, Rental Attendants. Responsible for handling employee performance issues of direct reports.
Complete performance appraisals with input and the Manager. This Includes delivering to the employee before end of season.
Identify possible safety issues for our guests and acts accordingly.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Previous leadership experienced an asset
Valid license and vehicle (must drive to top of hill to work at the Skating Rink)
Outgoing, friendly and customer service oriented.
Must be able to endure the physical tasks in winter weather conditions.
Must be professional, energetic and dependable.
Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure.
