Job Overview: As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our clients' lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general garden upkeep. Every day will be a little bit different! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Crew members work closely with our Team Leads so no experience is necessary - just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn Care: Mow, edge, and trim lawns to ensure a neat and tidy appearance. Apply fertilizers, and other lawn treatments as requested.
- Garden Maintenance: Weed, mulch, prune, and plant flowers, shrubs, and trees. Ensure plants are healthy and vibrant through proper watering and care.
- Seasonal Tasks: Perform tasks such as leaf removal, seasonal planting, and preparation of landscapes for changing weather conditions.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment - training provided.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently. You will always be a part of a team and its important that you work together!

Qualifications:
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or garden maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of plants, lawn care techniques, and garden tools is a plus - an interest in learning is even better!
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
