Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory is monitored regularly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food industry best practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
