We are currently looking to hire a full time CNC Operator / Cabinet Maker for our commercial cabinet shop in Lethbridge, AB.
Duties include:
- Operation of CNC machine to cut, label, and stack parts in an organized manner
- Ensure damaged parts are marked for recutting and not sent through production
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Assemble millwork to provided shop drawings
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete routine machine maintenance as required
- Maintain sheet counts in inventory system to provide accurate stock levels
- Coordinate cutting with Production Manager to ensure proper workflow in the shop
Essential skills:
- Woodworking knowledge
- CNC experience
- Ability to read drawings
- Basic computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- cabinet shop: 1 year (preferred)
