Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized and customer-focused office administrator to join our team in Strathmore. This position is central to our daily operations and requires someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating schedules, and supporting a busy automotive glass business.
An automotive parts background and a strong interest in the automotive industry would be a significant asset and will be given strong consideration.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone
-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
-Assist walk-in customers with scheduling and service requests
-Source and price materials, parts, and supplies
-schedule and coordinate shop and mobile automotive glass work
-Prepare invoices and collect payment for completed jobs
-Maintain accurate customer, job and inventory records
-Coordinate commmunication between customers, technicians, and management
Requirements
-Adminstration, customer service experience required
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Quickbooks software use / Sourcing parts from wholesale websites
-Positive / helpful attitude with customers and team
-Familiarity with auto makes/models of vehicles a major asset
Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
