We are seeking a Franchise Operations & Business Development professional to support franchisees in the food sector!
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees through regular field visits and operational support.
- Conduct audits (scheduled and unscheduled) and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and a strong focus on customer experience.
- Drive business development initiatives to grow sales, improve profitability, and expand local market opportunities.
- Support franchisees with local marketing plans, promotions, and sales-driving initiatives.
- Review financial performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Lead training, coaching, and development of restaurant teams to strengthen execution and engagement.
- Address customer concerns and operational issues in partnership with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning within a franchise environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel weekly.
- Bilingual (English/French) required.
- Microsoft Office skills considered an asset.
- MAPAQ, First Aid, WHMIS certifications are assets.
