peopleCare is currently looking to hire a qualified Medical Director to join our team of Attending Physicians, and Nurse Practitioner to support the leadership of our medical services at our brand new Meaford Long Term Care facility in Meaford, ON. The Medical Director services will be provided under a service contract with the home.

THE ROLE
The Medical Director, (must be a Medical Practitioner licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario, and a member in good standing with the College of Physicians, and Surgeons of Ontario -CPSO) works collaboratively with the Executive Director, Director of Resident Care, and other members of the peopleCare team to provide and support resident medical services. The role is responsible for addressing all issues related to resident medical care, as well as managing the resident care provided by Attending Physicians and Registered Nurses in the extended class.
