Job Position : Commercial Litigation Lawyer
This Company is an established, full-service law firm with over 70 lawyers.
The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
We are seeking to add to our team a commercial litigation lawyer with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The position will involve exposure to general civil litigation, with an opportunity to focus on and to develop expertise in one or more specific practice areas. The successful candidate will have carriage of his/her own files and will also work with senior counsel on more complex litigation.
