As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will provide first-class service, with a goal to build and maintain great relationships with our clients. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team! You will be responsible for promoting and ensuring, through professionalism, high buyer satisfaction with every Capital Mitsubsihi customer, as well as generating sales department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of business products and services. The earning potential for this role is expected to be $70,000 to $100,000+, depending on your abilities and drive. Speaking of drive, you will be provided with a company demo vehicle once you've reached eligibility!
A day in the life…
- Providing timely professional service by demonstrating automobiles, explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking the customer on test-drives; explaining warranties and services; and follow-ups.
- Demonstrating advanced products knowledge by attending training programs conducted by Mitsubishi Canada and vendors.
- Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Offering test drives to all potential customers and follow the dealership policy to obtain proper identification from customer preceding test drive.
- Generating buyers by effectively using social media platforms, maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, responding to online inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Closing sales by overcoming hesitations; negotiating price; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services.
- Preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival and then delivers vehicle to customer, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and finance information.
- Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

- Competency in social media and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

What We Require From You…
- 1+ years’ experience in sales/customer service is a must.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Record of Conduct is required.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and Drivers Abstract is required
Hours of work: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm three days a week and 9:00 am to 7:00 pm two days a week. Hours may vary during the winter.
