What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
- Build relationships and earn repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with customers using our CRM.
- Learn our products and stay current on new models.
- Work with the sales and finance teams to provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Self-motivated and coachable.
- Valid driver's license.
