Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled DTF Printing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating digital transfer film (DTF) printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining smooth production workflows. Duties
- Operate DTF printing machines to produce high-quality transfers according to specifications.
- Set up and calibrate printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and print accuracy.
- Monitor printing processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing machinery to ensure consistent quality.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading substrates and transfer films.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and quality checks.
- Support packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment or storage.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on printing equipment.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, particularly in digital printing or related fields.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with material handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of machining or operating machinery such as forklifts is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure print quality and adherence to specifications.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. This position requires candidates to be adaptable, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality printed products in a manufacturing setting.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
