We're growing our team and are currently looking for a full-time Telecommunications Sales Representative.
As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you'll meet with customers who are looking to improve their current services, explore new options, or simply better understand what's available. You'll take the time to learn about their current services and communication needs, then introduce Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile solutions that best fit their lifestyle and budget. Throughout each conversation, you'll provide knowledgeable guidance and create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities
- Start each conversation by understanding the customer's current services, priorities, and communication needs
- Go over customers' Internet, TV, home phone, and/or mobile services, explaining available options and opportunities to improve their overall package
- Help customers compare available plans, features, and promotions to find the option that best fits their lifestyle and budget
- Build trust through genuine conversations and consistently professional service
- Complete service enrollments accurately while maintaining organized customer records
- Contribute to individual and team success by creating positive customer experiences and supporting daily performance goals
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in helping people and delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is considered an asset, but not required
