Job Description:
Responsibilities: As a US resource the expectation would be beyond their primary skills BA.
EUC experience, Risk experience, process management, project management.
Conduct analysis for previously retired EUCs to re-evaluate retirement method, documentation and categorization.
EUC transformation program support.
Monitoring current EUC retirement plans status.
Producing ongoing materials and updates for a variety of stakeholders.
EUC Retirement: To meet the KRI systematic sourcing milestone, several EUCs and tableau prep calculations need to be retired related to cross cutting metrics including Country Risk, Real Estate etc. Analysis of these EUCs, documentation of input data, calculations, and working with technology to source data and implement calculations in ERM.
The candidates are expected to speak of the Industry Standards and how they have implemented
Required Skills: 12+ yrs of experience in the banking, financial services domain
Good Client interaction and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate well with the Business, POs and developers.
Skilled in writing JIRA stories and preparing SDLC artifacts.
Proficient in PPT, Word and Excel.
Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
Strong communication and presentation skills to varying levels of management
Nice to have skills: SharePoint knowledge is preferred
Enterprise Risk domain experience
