Seasonal Workforce Planning
Because our business experiences significant seasonal demand, you will play an important role in ensuring we are properly staffed before peak periods.
This includes:
- Forecasting staffing requirements
- Building seasonal recruitment pipelines
- Coordinating large-volume hiring
- Tracking turnover and retention
- Identifying staffing risks before they become operational problems
- Supporting seasonal employee housing and onboarding where applicable
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
- Highly organized and exceptionally detail oriented
- Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information
- Confident having difficult conversations when necessary
- Approachable and able to build trust with employees
- Able to support managers while maintaining fairness and consistency
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Proactive rather than reactive
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
- Strong at documentation and follow-through

We also offer:
- Full health and dental benefits
- Life and disability insurance
- Annual Health Spending Account
- Paid vacation
