Job Summary:
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role at Drone Cleaning Company Inc., managing the strategic and operational aspects of our drone cleaning services. You’ll work closely with our team of Visual Observers and Drone Pilots to deliver exceptional results across various client sites. This contract role offers opportunities for full or part-time positions based on performance and is ideal for those passionate about operational excellence and innovation in drone-based services.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and oversee drone cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring top-notch performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate closely with Visual Observers and Drone Pilots to guarantee precise and effective cleaning operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, Transport Canada regulations, and internal company policies.
- Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement, guiding the team with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance overall company performance.
- Manage client relationships, addressing expectations and ensuring satisfaction during all operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Swiftly address operational challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the drone, aviation, or tech services industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Transport Canada regulations with a strong commitment to safety.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team coordination and client management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Valid driver’s license with the flexibility to travel between job sites.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team development.
