Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person work to contribute to diverse projects in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Install vinyl siding according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise installations
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and finishing touches
- Ability to bend and install soffit and fascia
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, construction practices, and blueprint reading
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Prior maintenance person or general contracting experience is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
