Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Manage cashier duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing returns or exchanges
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products neatly on shelves and displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping
- Use effective communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, or technical product details
Skills
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to connect with diverse customer bases
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or basic math for quick calculations and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques
