Shared Health is recruiting for the term, full-time position of General Duty Cytotechnologist in Shared Health’s Cytopathology Department at Westman Laboratory. This term is until April 6, 2020.

Under the general supervision of the Charge Laboratory Technologist, the incumbent is responsible for performing routine analyses in Cytopathology according to established laboratory protocols.

Interested applicants must be graduates of an approved Cytotechnology education program, be eligible for or certified by the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS), or have attained certification in Cytotechnology by a certifying body recognized by Shared Health. Applicants must also be eligible for licensure with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba (CMLTM). Previous related experience is preferred.

Anticipated Shifts: Days; 38.75 hrs weekly; 7.75-hour shifts
Salary: $28.865- $36.211 per hour, as per MGEU contract
