Job Summary
Coast Tire (Formally Valley Tire) are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial Tire and Service Branch Manager to lead our busy branch with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Supervise and motivate team members including mechanics, technicians, and customer service representatives
- Manage sales activities by upselling products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
- Oversee tire and retread tire inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining strict cash handling procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, automotive repair standards, and company policies
- Develop staff training programs to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills
Experience
- Proven experience with a strong understanding of both commercial and automotive tire and service operations
- Mechanical experience or extensive mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and tire services
- Demonstrated success in sales, upselling, and customer relationship management
- Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced automotive or tire service environment
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and build lasting customer relationships
