Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team immediately. This is a stay-in position, with accommodation provided on-site. The project is expected to continue until the end of summer, with a possibility of extending until October.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or custodial services is an asset, but we value a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Accommodation: Room provided (stay-in position)
- Meals: Not included
- Transportation: Must have own transportation to the work location
- Project Duration: Until the end of summer, with a possible extension until October
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces to maintain a clean environment
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products responsibly
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and staff
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, hotel, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
