We are currently hiring motivated Body workers/Estheticians/Spa Therapists to meet the increasing demand for treatments at Art of Sauna. We are the only Spa in the Vancouver area that offers 8 saunas and steam rooms which include Turkish Hammam, Traditional sauna, and Himalayan salt room among others. We are currently in our seventh year of business with a clientele of over 70,000. We are looking to create a team of like-minded individuals who value a healthy life style and the importance of using a sauna to reach the full benefits of the treatment, someone who can bring their knowledge and enthusiasm to try new techniques and incorporate all that our facility has to offer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Ability to provide up to 3.5 Hour treatments/ packages
- Provides exceptional customer service at all times
- Provides safe, efficacious, relaxing services using advanced massage techniques
- Responsible for fostering a healthy attitude and working relationships with all co-workers and members of management
- Maintains cleanliness of massage rooms used and common areas of the spa
- Manages client feedback and complaints with professionalism and patience
- Other tasks as assigned
- Willing to learn all treatments we offer and partake in training sessions regularly
- Have a strong knowledge of product to keep up with our monthly commission requirements
Salary:
- Commission rate paid per treatment.
- All linen and product is provided.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal skills
- Must hold a spa related diploma or certificate within BC
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to perform massages 60-90 Minutes
- Courteous, discreet, and professional demeanor
- Extensive Knowledge of spa treatments
- A strong team player
- Must be well groomed, and adhere to the spa dress-code policy
Education & Experience:
- Completion of a Spa therapy school or Esthetics course
- Previous spa or hospitality experience is an asset

Pay: $2,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
