We are looking for an experience roofer to work on small project/roof repairs. This is an employed position with access to a Van and equipment to perform your job.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to perform repairs and smaller roofing related projects such as: eavestroughs, soffit, fascia, and simple metal work, etc.
The responsibilities are to provide excellent repairs, as well as installation of soffits, fascia, eavestrough and other metal works for our clients. To maintain a great rapport with them, explain them in simple terms what is being done and increase the value for the work done so it is above their expectations.
Products & Services directly or indirectly handled by the Small Projects/Repair Specialist
The end results of the actions taken by the Repair/Estimator are:
- Repaired roofs performed expediently that exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Complete cleaning or installations of eavestrough, facia, soffit and other related projects done swiftly, efficiently and delivered in a friendly manner that exceeds the client’s expectations.
Summary of the basic functions and tasks of the Small Projects/Repair Specialist
The below tasks are functions that the Repair/Estimator is to perform:
- Respond swiftly to repair and emergency calls.
- Maintain great relationships with the clients.
- Keep your area clean and orderly as you work. Show a professional image that generates trust and confidence. Deliver above expectations.
- Perform high quality repairs that actually handle the problem.
- Present alternatives to the client and owner of additional work needing to be done on the roof after the repair is done and state why that is. Use pictures so the client really SEES what is going on. Passes this information to the owner to close the client on it.
- Performs installations of Soffits and Fascia as well as eavestroughs.
- Keep his tools as well as the van well maintained and operational at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and uncluttered as possible at all times.
- Assist the team in roofing projects as required by the owner.
- Keep an eye on possible work when in an area and passes the pamphlet to these houses.
- Help in any area required by the owner to deliver best services to our clients.
