Used Car Sales Representative
West Coast Auto Brokers Ltd. is looking for motivated and reliable Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident using social media, enjoys communicating with customers, and wants to earn based on their sales performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Post and promote our vehicles on Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate professionally with potential buyers
- Follow up with interested customers and book appointments
- Provide customers with basic vehicle information and pricing
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Help generate leads and referrals through social media
- Be punctual, reliable, and professional
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation: Earn a referral/commission amount when a customer you referred successfully purchases a vehicle.
- We offer very competitively priced vehicles, making it easier to attract customers and generate sales.
- Your earning potential is based on the number of customers who purchase vehicles through your leads.
- If you perform well and demonstrate strong sales results, the opportunity to move into a permanent position after approximately 3 months is available, with the potential for a more structured salary + commission arrangement.

- Ability to respond to customers promptly
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required — we are willing to train the right person
