Ruel Concrete Ltd, is seeking a qualified and experienced
Dispatcher for our Peace River, AB office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, industry expertise and have an enthusiastic approach.
Position Purpose/Responsibilities:
To ensure accurate, effective and responsible planning and coordinating of gravel trucks, asphalt coordination, organize equipment moves, pick-ups and deliveries and coordinate equipment maintenance.
Accurately and rapidly resolve issues to help mitigate delays.
Ensure all equipment is being used effectively. Reporting to management. Build and maintain respectful and productive relationships with drivers, customers and field operations.
Accurate and efficient entry and billing of field tickets/scale tickets using Jobutrax.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English written and oral communications skills
- Time management
- Analytical, prioritization, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of local geography
- Ability to provide after hours and weekend support
Shift schedule to be determined.
Annual wage range: $120,000 - $150,000 (experience depending)
