Position: Crew Leader
We are looking for a full-time Crew Leader to join our team. You will lead a small crew, drive a company vehicle to job sites, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and interact with clients daily.
Ideal Candidate
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (up to three stories)
- Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Works well in small crews (2–4 people)
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
Responsibilities
- Lead a small crew to complete exterior cleaning projects to a high standard
- Safely operate hand tools and gas-powered equipment (pressure washers, leaf blowers, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
- Train and support team members in proper techniques and safety
- Communicate professionally with customers and handle on-site concerns
Qualifications
- Valid OFA Level 2 (Occupational First Aid Level 2)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to provide a clean driver's abstract
- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps (training provided)
- Ability to perform physical labour safely and consistently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning or a related trade
- Experience with hand tools and gas-powered equipment (pressure washers, leaf blowers, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.50 per hour
