We are currently hiring Production & Cultivation Team Members to support operations at a regulated cannabis cultivation and production facility in Bradford.

Multiple opportunities are available across Cultivation (Flower Room), Propagation, and Post-Harvest Processing. Candidates may be considered for different areas based on their previous experience, skills, and operational needs.
Shift Schedule:
Morning shift: 7:30 am - 4 pm Pay rate: $17.60/ hr plus 4% vacation pay
Afternoon shift: 4 pm - 12:30 am Pay rate: $18.15/ hr plus 4% vacation pay
Depending on the assigned department, responsibilities may include:
- Plant care and crop maintenance, including pruning, defoliating, watering, transplanting and harvesting
- Assisting with plant propagation, including cloning, cutting and rooting
- Monitoring plants for health, pests, diseases and abnormalities
- Post-harvest activities including drying, curing, trimming and packaging
- Cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment and tools
- Labeling, documenting and tracking processed materials
- Following SOPs, sanitation, biosecurity and quality requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following all required health, safety and PPE procedures
- Other production and cultivation duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, greenhouse, horticulture, agriculture, plant care or cannabis cultivation is an asset
- Experience with plant propagation or post-harvest processing is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow SOPs and instructions accurately
- Comfortable working in a regulated production environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift, push and pull up to approximately 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in warm and humid conditions
- Comfortable wearing full PPE as required
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays or after-hours when required
Work Environment
This is a hands-on position in a regulated cannabis production facility. Depending on the department, employees may work with live plants, harvested cannabis material, grow lights, production equipment and cleaning/sanitation products.
Full PPE is required in designated production areas.
