Responsibilities:
- Complete repairs as per estimates in a timely fashion
- Road test vehicle after repairs are complete to ensure repairs are done properly
- Maintain high quality of workmanship to ensure complete Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain tools, equipment and shop manuals in a satisfactory manner
- Accurately diagnose problems using proper procedures and techniques
- Communicate vehicle concerns with service advisor as required
- Recommend additional repairs with honesty and transparency as required
- Obtain proper authorization for all repairs
- Ensure clear, accurate written documentation of all repairs
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean, satisfactory condition
- Repair vehicles within the guidelines and parameters of warranty as documented in factory publications
Qualifications:
- Ontario 310S License
- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Technician experience; KIA experience is an asset
- Team player with a focus on efficient, quality workmanship
- Ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, quick learner and ability to adapt and assist in multiple tasks
- Strong commitment to Guest Satisfaction and a “Fix it right the first time” focus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
