HotSauce Nails Lashes is looking for a talented Part-Time Lash Technician who specializes in modern textured eyelash extension styles, especially Anime, Manga, and Spiky lash designs.
We are seeking artists who are passionate about creating clean spikes, textured sets, and other trend-forward lash designs. If you enjoy creating unique lash looks and love keeping up with the latest beauty trends, we'd love to meet you.

We specialize in modern nail art and advanced eyelash extensions, with a strong focus on Anime, Manga, and Spiky lash styles. We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and outstanding client experiences.
Position Type
Part-Time
- Flexible schedule based on availability
- Weekend availability is required
- Evening shifts are an asset
Compensation
- Commission-based pay
- 100% of tips go directly to technicians
- Additional commission for membership sales
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality Anime, Manga, and Spiky eyelash extension sets.
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable lash styles.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation.
- Stay up to date with the latest lash trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Anime, Manga, or Spiky lash work.
- Experience with Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent isolation and handmade fan skills.
- Passion for eyelash artistry and current beauty trends.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable recommending products and services to clients.
