This role combines traditional serving duties with VIP bottle service and promotional shot sales throughout the venue. Successful candidates are confident, personable, and enjoy interacting with guests in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the venue
- Deliver bottle service to VIP tables and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Promote and sell featured shots and drink specials
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned sections
- Work closely with bartenders, security, DJs, and management
- Create a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for customers
Qualifications:
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Previous serving, hospitality, nightlife, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with guests
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Available Friday and Saturday nights, plus special events
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
