We are seeking skilled and ambitious Framers with experience in construction to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one to two years of experience in framing and construction, with a solid understanding of basic hand tools, able to read a tape measure, and is committed to learning and growing in their career in construction. We are also willing to train hard-working individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Execute framing work on residential construction sites
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and work procedures
- Use hand and power tools to cut and shape wood, metal, and other materials
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Follow safety procedures and regulations on job sites
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site every day on time
- Willingness to work in various locations including London, Brantford, Guelph, Simcoe and surrounding areas
- Working at Heights Certificate is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs.

- Monday to Friday availability
- Weekend availability may be required
