Restaurant Operations Manager – Full-Time, Permanent
We are a well-established, fast-paced restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is a full-time, permanent position for a motivated leader who enjoys building strong teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house
- Lead, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure all health & safety and company policies are followed
Schedule:
- Full-time (40–45 hours per week)
- Mix of days, evenings, and weekends
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and labour standards
- Reliable, professional, and hands-on management style
