Overview
We are seeking an experienced, personable, and highly organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our modern, patient-focused orthodontic practice in Richmond Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping patients confidently begin their orthodontic journey.
As the first point of contact for many new patients, the Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through the consultation process, explaining treatment recommendations, and discussing financial arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide new patients through their orthodontic consultation experience.
- Present treatment plans and explain orthodontic recommendations in a clear and confident manner.
- Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, and financing options.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain a strong conversion rate from consultation to treatment start.
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment starts and patient appointments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Assist with administrative duties, including patient correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation through treatment initiation.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of orthodontic treatment options, including braces and Invisalign.
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, positive, and patient-centered approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using practice management software and digital technology.
