Job Summary
The Naturopathic Doctor will work closely with clients to assess their health history, understand their goals, and create personalized treatment plans that support long-term health, confidence, and well-being.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative women’s health model, working alongside an RN-led, medically directed team offering aesthetic treatments, skin health services, wellness consultations, IV therapy, and advanced med spa services.
There may also be opportunity to support or expand services such as IV therapy, supplement protocols, hormone health, wellness programs, and integrative treatment planning.
This role also offers the potential for RN support to help optimize practice growth, enhance client care, and support the development of collaborative wellness services.
We are looking to work on a split commission structure, with details to be discussed based on experience, scope of practice, and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health histories, current concerns, and wellness goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans using naturopathic principles, natural therapies, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations
- Support women’s health concerns such as hormones, gut health, thyroid function, fertility, weight management, skin health, stress, and overall vitality
- Educate patients on naturopathic medicine, preventative care, and realistic wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with RN-led, medically directed aesthetic, wellness, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a thoughtful, elevated, and supportive client experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with medical standards
- Stay current on research and developments in naturopathic, functional, and integrative medicine
- Help grow and shape Olive & Co.’s wellness offerings as the practice expands
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution required
- Active license or eligibility to practice as required by provincial/state regulations
- Experience in women’s health is highly desirable
- Strong patient care skills with empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication
- Ability to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for clients
- Familiarity with medical terminology and collaborative care practices
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Interest in aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, hormone health, functional wellness, or longevity is considered an asset

Pay: $90.00-$150.00 per hour
