Warehouse Shipper / Receiver

Accountable for warehouse and distribution activities within the warehousing environment in a safe manner to ensure all activities (inventory, deliveries, sampling, receiving, transferring and waste removal) are completed to meet and exceed the companies EHS and GMP expectations in an efficient and timely manner while meeting all of our customer’s requirements.
Receive and sample incoming materials as per SOP’s
Warehouse materials as appropriate controlling inventories through cycle count program
Ensure all facilities and processes are audit ready and LMS training is up to date and current
Prepare and ship all export shipments in a timely basis to ensure adherence to the order book and in accordance to instructions within TTS and CSA’s
Initially you will work in the warehouse at 7333 Mississauga Rd, but this may also include our warehouse on Rimini Mews in Mississauga.

Post-secondary degree
Minimum 1 years’ experience manufacturing or warehousing environment
HAZMAT WHIMS and transportation of dangerous goods training
Good communication and writing skills.
Basic math required
Your work will be on the night shift (11:00pm to 7:30a.m), with the possibility of working a rotating shift [Note: During first two months of training, shift will be Days (7:00a.m to 3:30) and/or afternoons (3:00pm to 11:30pm) ]
Must be good at working with autonomy.

Forklift certificate/experience would be a definite advantage
Experience with SAP be a definite advantage
Available for some weekends, if needed
