Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Participate in training sessions on food safety and handling procedures
Skills
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in full service restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness standards
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality service
