Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and in-dealership interactions
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales activities to expand dealership partnerships and corporate accounts
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the customer and dealership
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored vehicle solutions
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting vehicles through various channels
- Manage sales documentation, process transactions accurately, and follow up with clients post-sale
- Utilize strong organizational skills to track leads, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or high-end sales roles is preferred
- Familiarity with sales management tools and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline is beneficial
- Multilingual skills, especially bilingual proficiency in English and French, are a plus
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities
- Experience supporting marketing efforts and managing customer relationships enhances success in this role
