Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, as well as assisting with bussing and serving in rush times.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate menu items in a timely manner
- Assist in setting up stations for menu service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
