Summary
'We are looking for a proactive data analyst to deep-dive into the operations and identify opportunities for structural enhancement. We are seeking a candidate who goes beyond identifying variances to implement permanent, data-driven solutions. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring our internal frameworks are optimized, efficient, and built for long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Deep-Dives: Analyze complex datasets to identify performance gaps and execute structural improvements that yield lasting results.
- Sustainable Solutions: Move beyond reporting to develop and implement new processes that ensure our commercial ecosystem remains accurate and efficient.
- Commercial Integrity: Audit and refine internal frameworks to ensure total alignment with company performance goals.
- Al & Data Automation: Leverage Al tools and advanced analytics to modernize our reporting, moving away from manual data sets toward automated, real-time insights.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and ensure financial data translates into operational excellence.
- Strategic Support: Assist the sales team with high-level financial modeling and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Establish and monitor KPls to measure company performance
- Bring transparency to our data to allow better business decisions
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in an analytical role.
Technical Excellence:
- Expert-level Excel skills (including Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Strong proficiency in Data Analytics & Visualization (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Well-versed in Al: Must demonstrate an ability to use Al tools (e.g., Gemini, LLMs, automation scripts, or advanced data modeling) to drive efficiency.
- Mindset: A proactive, "owner-operator" mentality with a passion for building permanent systems rather than temporary workarounds.
- Communication: Ability to present findings to business teams.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
