Performance Automotive Technician – Subaru Focus
We’re looking for a solid, experienced tech who’s confident with diagnostics, engine builds, and modifying performance cars — primarily Subaru platforms. If you’re the type who enjoys problem-solving, tuning things properly, and building cars the right way, you’ll fit in well here.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum 2nd year Automotive Service Technician (Skilled Trades program)
- Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with everything from routine maintenance to complex engine and drivetrain work
- Experience with aftermarket upgrades and performance builds is a big plus
- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician preferred (higher pay range available)
- Welding experience is an asset
- Engine building experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation (limited transit in the area)
- Must be good with shop dogs

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Experience:
- Working on Subaru's: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with aftermarket/performance parts: 2 years (preferred)
- Fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive diagnostics: 1 year (preferred)
- automotive technician: 3 years (required)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
