Coffee Box is building Canada's first automated coffee kiosk network. This fall, we're going big: 30 locations launching across Calgary. THE ROLE
The Service Rover is the operational backbone of Coffee Box. You own your route, restocking kiosks and keeping every unit in your territory clean, stocked, and on brand. Shifts vary and are scheduled in advance, and this role regularly includes late night and overnight work, so you'll need to be comfortable on those hours. If you have an eye for detail, are organized and self directed, and take pride in running a tight operation, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Kick off each shift with a supply run before starting your route
- Complete a daily route, restocking, inspecting, and verifying each unit on your run
- Restock beans, milk, dairy, cups, lids, and syrups at every visit
- Inspect machines for error codes or malfunctions, flag and escalate to operations immediately
- Verify cleanliness and kiosk presentation standards are met at every stop
- Log every visit with stock levels and any issues
- Keep your van clean, organized, and stocked, and run a pre-route inventory check each shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence and clean driving record: required
- Problem solver: not afraid to address issues if and when they arise
- Organized and self directed: you plan your route and execute it without hand holding
- Reliable and punctual: the morning rush doesn't wait
- Physically capable of loading and carrying stock; comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong attention to detail: you notice when something's off and act on it
- Handy with basic tools and comfortable troubleshooting minor mechanical or equipment issues
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $24–26/hr base wage depending on experience
- Fully equipped Coffee Box service van provided, no personal vehicle required
- Fuel covered by Coffee Box

- Growth path into Senior Rover / Operations roles as the business expands
- Ground-floor opportunity: early Rovers get first consideration for regional lead roles as Coffee Box expands beyond Alberta
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
