As a Director in the M&A Operations Integration team, you will play a leading role in growing our M&A Integration business and delivering our most complex and high-profile client engagements.
You will originate and convert opportunities across the deal-timeline, lead complex integration engagements across the full deal lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to Boards, C-suite executives, investors and senior deal teams. You will bring a strong understanding of how integration decisions influence deal value and will help clients translate transaction strategy into executable integration programmes that protect and maximise value.
Alongside direct client delivery, you will provide senior oversight across a portfolio of engagements, build enduring client relationships, develop new propositions and routes to market, and play a significant role in shaping the strategy and growth of the Integration practice.
You will also be a visible leader within the wider M&A Operations business, supporting the development of our people, strengthening connectivity across sectors and capabilities, and creating opportunities for the broader firm.
