JOB DESCRIPTION
The best opportunities aren't always the ones with the most predictable job description.
Sometimes they're the ones that challenge you, trust you with responsibility, and give you the opportunity to make a real impact.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, embracing technology, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you.
This isn't a traditional automotive position. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations throughout Saskatchewan, with an immediate focus on helping establish our Regina hail repair operation while also providing operational support to our established CARSTAR locations in Saskatoon and Estevan.
Working directly with ownership and senior leadership, you'll be trusted to solve problems, improve processes, support customers, and help us continue building one of Saskatchewan's most efficient and technology-driven automotive repair operations.
ABOUT US
Hail OTTO and our CARSTAR operations have built a reputation for doing things differently.
By combining industry-leading repair processes, advanced vehicle scanning technology, SGI partnerships, and experienced repair professionals, we're creating a smarter and more efficient approach to collision and hail repair across Saskatchewan.
Whether responding to major hail events or supporting our day-to-day collision operations, our focus is simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience while continuously improving the way we operate.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of our Regina hail repair facility
- Coordinating customers, repair technicians, and vehicle movement
- Operating and supporting advanced vehicle scanning technology
- Assisting with customer communication throughout the repair process
- Supporting operational projects across our Saskatoon and Estevan CARSTAR locations
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow
- Working closely with ownership on new initiatives and process improvements
- Assisting during major hail events when operational demands increase
YOUR FIRST YEAR COULD LOOK LIKE THIS
Months 1–3
- Learn our repair process from customer intake through vehicle delivery
- Become proficient with our technology, software systems, and scanning equipment
- Build relationships with our technicians and operational teams
- Begin coordinating day-to-day activity within our Regina operation
Months 4–12
- Take ownership of operational projects and process improvements
- Help coordinate technicians and customer experience with increasing independence
- Support multiple locations throughout Saskatchewan as needed
- Become a trusted resource for solving operational challenges and implementing new ideas
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're far more interested in attitude and ability than a perfect résumé.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Naturally takes ownership of their work
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly
- Is highly organized and enjoys creating structure
- Is comfortable balancing customer service with operational responsibilities
- Learns new technology quickly and enjoys improving systems
- Communicates professionally with customers, technicians, and leadership
- Works well independently while remaining a strong team player
EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED AN ASSET
- Experience within the automotive, collision repair, or hail repair industry
- Operations, project coordination, or production management experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based software
- Engineering, business, or related education (preferred, not required)
If you've built systems, improved operations, led projects, or consistently stepped beyond your job description, we'd love to hear your story.
WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT
- Work directly alongside ownership and senior leadership
- Real opportunity to influence how the business operates
- Exposure to industry-leading technology and innovative repair processes
- A role that combines operations, customer service, technology, and leadership
- Variety—no two days are ever the same
- Genuine opportunity for long-term career growth as our Saskatchewan operations continue to evolve
WHY JOIN US?

We're looking for someone to become part of the future leadership of our organization.
If you're successful in this role, your opportunities won't stop at Regina.
As our business continues to grow, so will your responsibilities, your impact, and your career.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful while working alongside a team that values initiative, technology, continuous improvement, and great customer service, we'd love to meet you.
